1. What Is My Wallet?
It is a virtual wallet linked to your HELLOICE account where you will be able to store and access your credits if you return items and choose a store credit instead of a refund to the original credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
2. How To Use My Wallet?
You may view your wallet balance by signing onto your account and clicking “My Wallet” under “My Assets” or at checkout. You may apply your HELLOICE wallet balance to a purchase on HELLOICE only subject to the Terms . Please note that if the currency used to pay for your order differs from that of your wallet, the wallet balance box will not appear on the checkout page.
3. Can I Still Pay With My Wallet If I Already Applied A Coupon Code?
Yes! You may use your wallet balance as well as a coupon code.
4. Can I Withdraw The Money From My Wallet?
If you return an item and choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund to the credit card or PayPal account originally used to make the purchase, you will not be able to redeem the store credit for cash.
5. Can I Transfer My Wallet Balance To Another HELLOICE Account?
Unfortunately, transferring the wallet balance from one HELLOICE account to another HELLOICE account is not possible.
6. I Never Used The Wallet Balance, Why Is It Empty?
If you checked out with your wallet balance but did not complete the transaction, the balance applied will stay with the unpaid order. To restore the balance, simply cancel the order by clicking the CANCEL button in My Orders, and the balance will be returned to your wallet.
